After a recent influx in naked hiking among tourists (reportedly German), the police in the mountain region of Appenzell-Innerrhoden are cracking (no pun intended) down on violators. If caught, offenders will be issued a fine of 200 Swiss fracs ($170 USD). I wonder where the hikers keep their wallets?
